Late Cancellations

Emergencies Happen! I get it!

At Loc'd In by KP, I do my best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. I value my time and the time of my clients. With that said, here are a few things to note.

* Cancellations must be made no less than 24-hrs of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge of your booked service to the card on file.

* Please update your current phone number and email address so that you may be contacted for appointment reminders

Running Late?

Please Let Us Know

I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If I keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

House Rules

*Here, at Loc'd In By KP, we operate off of good vibes and positive energy. Please be respectful.

I reserve the right to refuse service, if this rule is not followed.

*As I grow my business, Loc'd In by KP reserves the right to take photos and/or video of your hair with no monetary consideration to the client.  (Face inclusion optional)

Reservations

*No Walk-Ins*

**Please take note of my location prior to booking to ensure that I am of a comfortable traveling distance for you.**

*A valid credit card/debit card is required to secure a reservation for all clients. Some services required a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

**For all reservations, your hair MUST BE CLEAN AND FREE OF PRODUCT. 

Payment

At this time, Zelle and CashApp payments are the only forms of payments that I am accepting. *This may change*

**Tips are always appreciated but not required.**

Deposits

                    *A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to book your microloc installation

 

                                             **Deposits will go toward final bill.**

Consultations

Prior to consultation, hair must be freshly washed, free of any product, not styled and preferably blow dried in order to accurately measure your hair and evaluate its density. If not, you are subject to the cancellation fee.

 

Establishment consultation fees WILL NOT be applied to services.

 

Your quote given during your establishment consultation is valid for 30 days. Going beyond that will require another consultation.

Installation/Establishment

Commitment day has arrived! Are you excited?! I am! Let's get down to business, yes?

The remainder of service payment (this is minus your deposit) MUST be received in full the morning of establishment prior to us getting started, and is accepted in the form of $CashApp, Zelle OR cash ONLY.

*NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED*

 

The rescheduling of an installation/establishment appointment is not guaranteed. The situation will be assessed and left up to my discretion.

 

Less than 48 hours rescheduling of an installation/establishment appointment will automatically result in the security deposit being forfeited. Guest must pay security deposit again if they wish to continue with the establishment process.

 

Cancelled establishment appointments will result in the security deposit being forfeited.

 

On the day of installation/establishment hair MUST be freshly washed, stretched and free of any and all products (oil, cream, conditioner, etc.). Stretch hair by lightly blow drying it and putting it in large twists or braids.
